South Italy: Pontile and Sardinia July 2016

I'm in this bloody hospital in south Italy where I've got the perfect service but all the analizies I'm doing are irrelevant to my condition. For a last 3 months  I've been suffering so far from the fatigue. Each time I was doing the aerobic/ stamina based activities I would get exhausted so quickly and suddenly that it would stop me from dancing and doing silks. I've tried to do impossible to get diagnosed but nothing so far indicate any problem.

Finally left the land and sailing along the Naples bay, leaving behind all bed energy and recharging with the good one. Sailing from island to island (Procida, Ischia, Ventotene, Ponza and Palmarolla, heading to Sardinia. Jumping in this transparent and turquoise warm water, swimming hours and free diving in the most spectacular places. Watching colourful fish and corals in depth of antic Roman caves. Resting on board of this wonderful 16 m yacht - Amel 53', falling asleep with the waves of the sea. Waking up and slipping down in the fresh morning water. Eating delicious Mediterranean food: fruits, vegs, mozzarella, provolla, pasta of different kind, sea food and fish still to come.
We made it, after two days of sailing in the middle of the sea we arrived to Sardinia - Porto Rotondo. We were stuck for a couple of days due to the storm. I still managed to swim even if the current was that strong that I seemed to be in the same spot.
Eventually we took off and sailed to Capo d'Orso, over Porto Cervo. I used to live near by 14 years ago. The wind was 60 nodes but not on our favour. All other sailing boats were sailing in opposite direction which was more convenient.  But we didn't want to change the route, we are heading towards north of Sardinia. Now resting after quite raft 2 hours sailing in a very naturalistic bay of Bear. The sound of cicadas is very pleasant and reminds me of Sardinia where I lived for 2 years.
